Air-tightness is guaranteed by transparent, polycarbonate seals between the doors on all four sides. The product was specially patented by GM Morando to eliminate any draft or passage of air. The transparent, polycarbonate seals are shaped in the form of a U and placed between one door and another. When the glass doors remain closed, the seals fit perfectly with the glass creating a highly transparent wall and giving solidity to the entire structure. |

The Giemme System can be equipped with one of three different solutions regarding the floor guide rail. The recessed rail and the external rail complete with jamb guarantee air and water permeability, wind resistance and security in accordance with EN 14351-1*. Instead, the option without the guide rail is certified for wind resistance and security. In this case there is a seal brush in the lower part. |

From a thermal point of view it has the highest classification with regards to air permeability and the 10mm tempered glass allows the place to be acclimatized and thus used all year around. Many clients who have chosen the Giemme System for their homes, work places or public spaces will testify to this. |

Fixtures, stainless steel bolts and screws anodized at 20 microns enable the Giemme System to be installed in areas where there is a high salt content in the air such as at the seaside.

Weather conditions An heavy rainstorm hits the Giemme System folding glass doors. GM Morando wanted to demonstrate the quality of the product by obtaining compliance to UNI ENI EN 14351-1.
