Giemme System has resolved this problem by patenting an innovative releasable hinge system that allows you to clean the outside of the glass whilst remaining comfortably on the inside of the balcony or terrace. |

The figure shows the pin being released from the hinge (arrow A), the doors can then be opened (arrow B) allowing the outside of the glass to be accessed and cleaned without any need for scaffolding. To complete the operation, simply close the doors and relock the hinge with the pin.
